1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Dentobot AI (“Service,” “Dentobot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“User,” “Practice,” “Clinic,” “Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, stop using the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Dentobot AI provides AI-driven call answering, patient communication, and scheduling assistance for dental offices. It is administrative technology only and does not give clinical or legal advice.
3. No Medical or Legal Advice
Dentobot AI is not a dentist, physician, or legal advisor.
No provider–patient relationship is formed.
Information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and should never be used for diagnosis or treatment.
You assume sole responsibility for verifying all information before acting.
4. Regulatory Compliance & HIPAA
Dentobot implements reasonable security but does not guarantee HIPAA compliance for your workflows.
You are the HIPAA Covered Entity and responsible for safeguarding PHI in your environment.
You must request and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if required; no implied BAA exists.
5. Data Privacy & Security
Data is transmitted over networks we don’t control; we cannot guarantee it will never be accessed by unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for secure credentials, access control, and safe integration with other platforms.
We are not liable for data loss, interception, breaches, or ransomware.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), ARE DISCLAIMED.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential — including but not limited to:
Malpractice claims, patient injuries, dissatisfaction, or defamation.
Lost revenue, missed appointments, wrong bookings, or business disruption.
Regulatory fines (HIPAA/HITECH/FTC or other agencies).
Data loss, hacking, or ransomware.
AI errors, hallucinations, or offensive/incorrect responses.
Liability cap: Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
8. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dentobot AI and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers from all claims, damages, fines, legal fees, and expenses resulting from:
Your use or misuse of the Service.
Patient complaints or lawsuits.
HIPAA or privacy violations.
Intellectual property infringement from data you input.
Misconfiguration, negligence, or security breaches on your side.
9. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Dentobot AI for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory communications.
Upload viruses or attempt to hack or overload the system.
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service without authorization.
Misrepresent the Service as your own creation.
10. AI Limitations & Risk Acknowledgment
You understand and accept that:
AI may produce inaccurate, misleading, or offensive content.
AI may misunderstand names, instructions, or patient questions.
Final responsibility for communications and outcomes rests with you.
11. Downtime, Changes & Force Majeure
No uptime guarantee or service level agreement (SLA).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet failure, cyberattacks, legal/regulatory actions, war, pandemic, etc.).
12. Payment & No Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable once billed.
Prepaid fees remain non-refundable if you cancel or we terminate for cause.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, software, brand assets, and proprietary technology are owned exclusively by Dentobot AI and its affiliates.

14. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Dentobot integrates with services like Twilio, GoHighLevel, SMS/email carriers, and calendars.
We don’t control or guarantee their reliability or compliance.
You’re bound by their terms and must manage those relationships separately.
15. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or end access immediately, without notice, if:
You breach this Agreement or applicable law.
Required to by law or to protect our platform.
We reasonably believe your use may cause harm or liability.
Upon termination you remain responsible for unpaid charges and indemnification obligations.
16. Export Controls & International Use
You represent you are not in a country under U.S. embargo and will comply with all export control regulations.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (excluding conflicts of law rules).
Binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada; class actions and jury trials waived.
18. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
19. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms form the entire agreement. If any clause is invalid, the remainder still applies.

You remain the Covered Entity and solely responsible for HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, and privacy obligations.
A separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be signed if required; no implied BAA exists.
5. Data Security & Privacy
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However:
No system is 100% secure.
We do not guarantee protection from hacking, malware, ransomware, phishing, or unauthorized access.
You assume all risk for breaches, data loss, or unauthorized disclosures arising from your configuration, integrations, or networks.

Third-party integrations, negligence, or security incidents on your side.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Use Dentobot AI for unlawful or harmful content.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt service.
Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse intellectual property.
Falsely represent Dentobot AI as your own product.
10. Downtime & Force Majeure
No uptime or performance guarantee is given. We are not liable for outages, maintenance, natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet failures, or other events beyond our control.
11. Payment & No Refunds
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination.
12. Third-Party Services
Dentobot AI integrates with third parties (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for their security, reliability, or compliance. Your use of third-party services is at your risk.

We cannot guarantee protection from hacking, malware, phishing, or unauthorized access.
You agree that Dentobot AI is not liable for data breaches, hacks, ransomware, or unauthorized access, including breaches that expose PHI or confidential business data.
If a breach is detected on our side, we will notify you as required by law, but our liability is strictly limited.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep data only as long as necessary to provide and improve the Service, or as required by law.
You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us; backups and logs may persist for security and compliance.
9. Third-Party Services
Dentobot AI integrates with third parties (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel, CRMs). We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms and privacy policies.
